[RS] Streamers Program

[RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan supports clan members who create livestream content and want to share it with the community.

The [RS] Streamers Program helps eligible members promote their Twitch channels through [RS] Discord and website features so community members can more easily discover and support them.

Once a streamer has been added to the program, their Twitch channel can be included in the systems used to display creators and announce livestream activity.

How It Works

To participate, provide your Twitch username to the appropriate [RS] Admin or Leadership member.

Once approved and added, your channel may be included in:

• The [RS] Discord streamer list.
• Live-stream notifications in Discord.
• The [RS] website creator and streamer listings.
• Other creator-focused community features as they are introduced.

Members can then use these systems to find your channel and visit your Twitch stream directly.

Discord Live Stream Notifications

[RS] Discord includes a dedicated area for community streamers. When a registered streamer goes live, the community may receive an automated notification that includes information about the stream and a direct Twitch link.

This makes it easier for members already active in Discord to see when an [RS] creator is live without needing to manually check individual Twitch channels.

Website Creator & Streamer Listings

Approved [RS] streamers may also appear on the website's creator and streamer features.

Depending on the current website integration, streamer listings may show information such as:

• Whether the channel is currently live.
• The game or category being streamed.
• Current viewer information when available.
• The stream title or channel status.
• A direct link to the creator's Twitch channel.

Live creators may be given additional visibility so members can quickly find streams that are active at that moment.

How to Join the Streamers Program

Joining the program is straightforward.

1. Be an active member of [RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan.
2. Contact an appropriate Admin or Leadership member.
3. Provide your Twitch username.
4. Wait for the channel to be reviewed and added to the streamer systems.

Once your channel has been added, the [RS] systems will handle the supported notifications and website listings automatically.

Requirements & Program Notes

• You must be a member of [RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan.
• You must provide a valid Twitch username.
• Twitch is the currently supported livestream platform for automated streamer integration.
• Your Twitch channel must remain publicly accessible for the integration to function properly.
• Streamers are expected to represent [RS] appropriately while participating in the program.
• Channels containing content that violates [RS] standards may be removed from the program.
• Channels that are abandoned or no longer used may be removed from active listings.

Representing [RS] While Streaming

The Streamers Program exists to support members while also giving [RS] additional visibility through community-created content.

Streamers participating in the program should avoid presenting behavior, statements, or content as officially endorsed by [RS] unless that endorsement has actually been provided.

Members are also expected to follow applicable [RS] community standards while representing the clan publicly.

Being part of the Streamers Program does not give a creator additional moderation authority, Leadership status, or special control over other members.

Why Participate?

The program gives [RS] creators another way to connect with the community and make their content easier for members to discover.

Benefits may include:

• Increased visibility within the [RS] community.
• Automated exposure when supported systems detect that you are live.
• Inclusion in website creator listings.
• Easier discovery by members who already play the same games.
• Opportunities to collaborate with other [RS] creators.
• Additional visibility for community events, game nights, and other [RS] activities you choose to stream.

Removal From the Program

Participation in the Streamers Program is not permanent or guaranteed.

A channel may be removed when:

• The member leaves [RS].
• The Twitch account is no longer active or accessible.
• The creator requests removal.
• The channel repeatedly violates [RS] community standards.
• The creator uses the program or [RS] branding in a misleading or inappropriate manner.
• Technical or program changes make continued inclusion impractical.

Final Note

[RS] wants to support creators who are already active members of the community and give their content a place to be discovered.
